Return Policy
For a return, please contact our Customer Service Dept. Returns must have prior approval from Battle Gear Customer Service Dept. Any item(s) returned to Battle Gear Inc. must have a valid RMA# or the package will be refused. A valid RMA# can only be obtained thru Battle Gear Inc. Customer Service Dept. Not all items can be returned so please contact us before you purchase if you have any questions and we will be glad to help. Return items (if applicable) for warranty / repair only. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Battle Gear Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Battle Gear Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Battle Gear Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Battle Gear Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Battle Gear Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason.
